Descent of the Lot in an inflatable boat to discover the life of the gabarriers before the arrival of the large dams. Cultural approach to the Lot Valley, discovery of the fauna and flora, and gastronomy. Half day or full day. With the possibility of having lunch at the restaurant "La Terrasse" in Vieillevie (shaded terrace with a view of the Lot, at the foot of the Château de Vieillevie). Then in the afternoon, short easy hike on the hillside and/or visit to a cheese dairy with wine and cabécous tasting. All year round by reservation depending on the water level.
